You cant have conspiracy to break laws that don't exist.
And the courts should easily identify that the charges against her hold no weight.

The guy never intentionally dumped her - they were using this elaborate and sick plot to torture someone. That is not dumping, its conspiracy - which is what the charges are. Do you have eyes, or a brain?
A 49-year-old Missouri mother has been indicted for fraudulently using MySpace to "cyber-bully" a teenage girl who committed suicide after she was tricked into believing she was being dumped by her online boyfriend.
There is no law to cover what the woman did, her playing mindgames with some intentionally so they could harm them - but it's pretty wrong and sick. There should really be a law against it tbh so people have more reason to try and stop being so ****** up in the head really.
It's amazing how many of you people actually defend it and actually can live with yourselves, people are disgusting. Really - how do you live with yourselves? You people honestly should have everyone else talking you down like that girl got talked down if thats how ****** up in the head you are.
Nowhere does it say the woman convinced or willed her to commit suicide (What was expressed is a statement of opinion which is covered by America's first amendment). She probably didn't know this woman who was doing it, and genuinely thought her e-boyfriend dumped her, so she commits suicide. She had to be in a fragile state of mind to do so. So she would have do it even if HE had dumped her.
I have no doubt that the woman and others involved are have serious problems themselves, and are quite despicable, and I'm in no doubt no laws were broke, and the charges of conspiracy and "hacking" hold about as much water a a bottomless bucket.

I think you misunderstood.
Yeah, I was pretty tired, I think I just read conspiracy. But I doubt that conspiracy to break a EULA or T&Cs exists.
